For those who have been in the paranormal field for awhile are probably well versed in the legends of "Chloe", a house slave apparition that made the Myrtles Plantation famous for the paranormal. After taking an in-depth look at the the Myrtles Plantation grounds as well as some of the historical facts surrounding "Chloe" - I question validity of the existence of "Chloe."
However, this does not denote or take away from this house being haunted whatsoever. I did have some experiences while I was there and do not doubt that this property is haunted. I just call into question the legend of Chloe.
